DUTIES:
· PLANNING AND BUILDING DATA WAREHOUSING ENVIRONMENT INCLUDING    CAPACITY PLANNING.
· PATCHES AND STORED PROCEDURES MAINTENANCE TO CREATE A BUG FREE   ENVIRONMENT AND AUTOMATION.
· WRITING UNIX SHELL SCRIPTS TO AUTOMATE BUSINESS PROCESS AND     DAILY JOBS.
· INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION, UPGRADING, PATCHING, MIGRATION,   TROUBLE SHOOTING AND PERFORMANCE TUNING  OF DATABASES ON UNIX    AND WINDOWS ENVIRONMENTS.
· MANAGE PHYSICAL DATABASE DESIGN, IMPLEMENTATION, DATABASE   SECURITY AND MONITORING.
· RESEARCH AND RECOMMEND SOLUTIONS THAT BEST MEET BUSINESS NEEDS   AND ENTERPRISE OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS.
· TRAVEL/RELOCATE TO VARIOUS UNANTICIPATED LOCATIONS TO INTERACT   WITH CLIENTS AND TRAIN USERS FOR SHORT AND LONG TERM   ASSIGNMENTS.

HOURS OF WORK PER WEEK:  40 Hrs, 5 DAYS

SALARY:  $91,811.00 / YEAR
